Method :
Hoop up the fat quarter and stitch the dyeline marked at position 1 on the stitching chart.
Remove the fabric from the hoop and cut two pieces. Make sure to cut just inside the stitched line.
Hoop up 3 pieces of medium weight stabiliser and stitch the second dyeline.
Spray lightly with a temporary spray adhesive and stick one of the fabric pieces onto the top of the stabiliser.
Continue with the embroidery.
At the second last dyeline, remove the hoop from your machine and stick the second fabric piece to the back of the hooped stabiliser and embroidered hanger.

Change your bobbin to hold the same cotton as the top thread.
Continue with the embroidery - this will now finish off the edges of the doorhanger.
Gently tear the stabiliser away.
