Method :
Hoop up the red fabric centered on a large hoop with the 13.2" side running vertically.
Embroider design of your choice.
Cut off 1" from the top of the red fabric.
Make button holes at placement as shown on diagram.
Stitch white fabric to red fabric at top.
Stitch up sides of combined fabrics.
Stitch bottom closed.
Fold over white fabric to align with
seam of red fabric and stitch down.
Create a casing by stitching right around white fabric just above buttonhole placement.
Loop green ribbon from left buttonhole around casing and out again at left buttonhole. Repeat at right hand buttonhole.
Thread beads to end of green ribbon.
Embellish with additional sparkly stars or (like shown below) include a cute festive cork.
If you can't find festive corks, glue a piece of holly or mistletoe around the neck of the bottle for an extra special festive feel.
