What machine formats are offered?
There are so many machine formats available that we cannot offer ALL, however, we do offer the most commonly used formats.
They are :

What about Refunds and Exchanges?
Unfortunately due to the electronic nature of the product, the availability of instant download and the ability for reproduction, refunds are not offered. Designs ordered in one format and then requiring exchange to another format is also unfortunately not offered. Please take care when placing your order.

How do I get my designs once I've paid?
Designs are downloaded immediately once payment is made from our secure payment site. If you are at all concerned about your privacy through the use of BMT Micro, please click here
Due to the instability of postal services in SA, we do not post CD's to our customers. We do hope you understand that we prefer to keep our site on e-commerce.

Why don't my downloaded designs have the same colors as on the website?
It's not uncommon for designs to come through looking all wierd!! This is because each format has it's own default color palette. This is why we send color charts with all our designs. If you follow the colors suggested, your designs will stitch out similar to those on the website, but color charts are suggestions only - let your imagination run riot and enjoy the different effects your own color schemes will bring!
